Executive Profile: Larry Littleton, Director of Mobility Solutions at CACI Int’l

Lawrence LittletonLarry Littleton serves as the director of mobility solutions at CACI International.

In this role, Littleton’s responsibilities include developing and advancing the company’s mobility offerings as well as leveraging his technical expertise for complex offerings in priority based mission areas.

He brings more than 15 years of experience of working with the U.S. government.

Prior to CACI, Littleton was a senior systems analyst for American Management Systems.

He is a member of several government mobility-working groups and is a member of VT-IDEA.

As a contractor, Littleton is the recipient of several command level DoD awards for his CONUS and OCONUS work.

Littleton is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Gil Guarino, Executive VP of CACI’s Transformation Solutions Business Unit

Gil Guarino of CACI

Gil Guarino, executive vice president of the transformation solutions business group for CACI International Inc., boasts a full 36-year business career in senior and executive management positions, not to mention 20 years as an Air Force colonel.

His current position at CACI calls for him to handle all aspects of his group’s business, spanning acquisition activity to product delivery to clients which include military services, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, national intelligence agencies, federal civilian agencies, healthcare agencies and members of the aerospace and defense industry.

Guarino arrived to his current role as a result of CACI’s asset purchase of American Management Systems, Inc.’s defense and intelligence group. He was first promoted to executive vice president before moving up to his current role.

He joined AMS in 1999 as vice president of strategic development for its defense and industrial business unit. He was responsible for leadership, vision and strategy to realign the company offerings. He also served as general manager for AMS’s Army and Air Force business as well as Deputy for AMS’s defense and intelligence group before it became a part of CACI.

Additionally, Guarino was program manager and the eventual director of the federal proposal and pricing group at Digital Equipment Corp. His subsequent positions included federal account manager for Digital’s federal healthcare business and national director for public sector marketing and sales.

As a colonel, he served in various program management positions for several space programs as well as F-15 and F-16 Tactical Fighter related positions. His last position before retired in 1986 was as the Air Force Systems Command’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Information Systems.

Lora Drewer, CACI SVP, Corporate Director of Contracts and Procurement

Lora Drewer, a 26 year contract management veteran, is the senior vice president and corporate director of contracts and procurement for CACI International Inc.

She is a part of the professional services and IT solutions company, which is comprised of near 170 professionals.

Drewer leads and works her division employees to ensure effective daily operations by providing education, training and growth opportunities for the staff. In her position, she aims to promote the role of contracting and procurement as a strategic business partner and business manager.

Prior to her position with CACI, Drewer held a position at SAIC as the vice president and group director of contracts for the research, development, test and evaluation group. While working in the group, Drewer oversaw approximately 1,500 active contracts and remained active in both international contracting and risk management.

Before her career start, Drewer spent time at the University of Maryland where she received her Bachelor of Science in finance. She also earned a M.B.A. in contract management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, Drewer has been a member of the National Contract Management Association for some time and is also a member of the NCMA’s Executive Advisory Council.
