Wayne Rehberger, TASC

Wayne Rehberger is senior vice president and chief financial officer for TASC Inc., a position he has held since June 28, 2010.

He is responsible for the company’s overall financial functions and activities, including financial reporting and accounting, financial planning, contracts, pricing and supply chain, investor relations, trust administration and investments and real estate.

Rehberger, a 20-year telecommunications management veteran, was previously chief operating officer of facilities-based telecommunications services provider XO Communications. He took on this role in 2004 and was responsibile for marketing, network, sales and technology.

Prior to that, Rehberger served as XO’s CFO for more than four years. TASC said he led XO through a period of restructuring of finances and operations, including reductions of operating and overhead costs, which resulted in improved financial performance and operating metrics.

Prior to joining XO, Rehberger held several financial roles at MCI, including a stint as SVP of finance. He began his civilian career with KPMG‘s consulting business in Washington, working with federal agencies and defense contractors.

Rehberger served in the Army and Army Reserve for 10 years, achieving the rank of major. He graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.

Christopher Giusti, Capgemini Govt. Solutions CFO and COO

Christopher Giusti, Capgemini

Christopher Giusti is the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Herndon, Va.-based Capgemini Government Solutions, a subsidiary of Capgemini.

Giusti is responsible for all operations regarding finance and administration including contracts, human resources, security, information technology and facilities.

An industry veteran with nearly four decades of experience, Giusti joined Capgemini (previously Ernst & Young) in 1997 as a consultant, having served clients in multiple industries.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Giusti was a senior engineer with Lockheed Martin where he managed requirements and integration in multi-contractor programs for the Defense Department. These programs involved software, hardware, testing, planning, operations and support for mission critical assets.

Previously, Giusti led an operations team for General Electric‘s aerospace division, supporting real-time communications and information systems including migration to a new platform, resulting in end-users receiving an expanded suite of products.

Giusti graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and biomedical engineering. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
