Jeff Lush currently serves as the chief technology officer for Dell Services Federal Government.
Lush has more than 27 years of IT experience (17 years in Federal government and 10 years in industry) and specializes in cloud technologies, electronic health care, enterprise management frameworks / SLAs, and edge computing.
Prior to his current role, Lush served as the executive chief technology officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
In this role, the Army veteran had oversight for the technology used by 350,000 employees, 23+ million end-users and a budget that exceeds $1 billion annually.
Lush previously worked at Dell from 1999 to 2007 as a regional director before taking the technology position at the VA.
The executive has authored over 80 functional requirements, hosting more than 5,000 specifications that are used for procurement packages within the VA, DoD and other federal agencies
His specializations include federal acquisition policies and practices, federal security requirements, policy establishment, process development, governance and organizational alignment.
Lush received his Masters in Information Technology from the University of Arizona.

Jeff Kubacki
Jeff Kubacki is senior vice president and chief information officer at ATK, where he serves as the company’s primary information technology strategist.
He plans, develops and oversees the company’s information technology infrastructure, applications and resources and also supports the company’s efforts to be competitive compliant regarding information systems.
ATK said he also helps with the company’s growth initiatives in current and emerging markets, including international expansions.
Between 2007 and 2010, Jeff served as chief information officer for the Kroll division of the Marsh & McLennan Companies, based in Eden Prairie, Minn, where he oversaw Kroll’s worldwide information systems and services functions.
Prior to Kroll, he served VP of IT at Ecolab and IT director at Dell, where he provided IT leadership to the Americas service delivery business.
Kubacki holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kris Fitzgerald, Dell Chief Technology Officer
Kris Fitzgerald is Dell’s chief technology officer, working with his team in the development of the technology giant’s cloud services strategy. This includes the cloud solutions MSFT Azure, VMware vCloud and OpenSource/OpenStack. In addition, Fitzgerald developed Dell’s cybersecurity services strategy.
Prior to becoming the CTO, Fitzgerald led Dell’s public market consulting business.
Fitzgerald previously was the vice president of global applications development at Manpower for four years.
Before joining Manpower, Fitzgerald was a partner with The Feld Group, interacting with clients that included MBNA, Interpublic Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has also served as vice president of software development for Office Max, as CIO for Octel Network Services, as senior vice president at Concord EPS, and led large system sales for IBM.
