Nelson Litsinger of Parsons
Nelson Litsinger is a vice president within Parsons‘ intelligence sector.
In his position, he oversees programs in support of the departments of Defense and Energy, a combatant command and other military service intelligence areas.
Prior to his current position, Litsinger was the chief operating officer for Parsons’ subsidiary, McMunn Associates, Inc.
Before joining McMunn, Litsinger was an assistance vice president at SAIC Inc.
Litsinger retired from the Navy in 1998 after more than 29 years of service. He served as acting deputy director and special assistant to the Director of Naval Intelligence.
While in the Navy, Litsinger focused on future priorities, programs and resources for Naval Intelligence and relationships with the larger intelligence community.
Litsinger is currently a member of the Foundation Committee of the Naval Intelligence Professionals. He also previously served on the board for both NIP and the Naval Intelligence Foundation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the American University and is a certified program management professional.
