- Must hold or have recently held and sustained a position of CXO, Senior or Managing Partner or Director/Board Member
- Company revenue exceeded $10M million annually
- Applicant provided significant and verifiable contribution to company's growth or market position
- Must be sponsored by an existing member
- Aggressive job hunting or resume passing is considered bad form and will not be permitted
- Annual Fee of $795
- Must attend a minimum of one event per quarter to remain active
