Rebellion Defense Awarded Air Force Subcontract to Strengthen Cloud One Applications

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Rebellion Defense a subcontract to provide continuous automated testing for the Cloud One platform’s web applications.

Rebellion Nova will provide Cloud One with on-demand security testing throughout the entire software development lifecycle, allowing the platform to identify and rectify vulnerabilities early in the process and improve the overall security posture of mission-critical applications, Rebellion Defense said.

Additionally, Nova will inform the go/no-go decisions for applications entering production environments, ensuring their cyber readiness. Nova also gives Cloud One users access to real-time security insights and facilitates compliance with continuous Authorization to Operate requirements.

Working under a subcontract with Clarity Innovations, a Department of Defense software provider, Rebellion Defense said the partnership aligns with the Pentagon’s shift towards continuous cybersecurity practices, moving away from one-time security checks.
