Amanda Kreminski is a senior technology and cloud transformation executive with more than 16 years of experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives across the Department of War and the federal government. She specializes in advancing mission outcomes through cloud strategy and execution, data transformation, enterprise IT optimization, and disciplined program delivery within complex, highly governed environments.



Amanda advises senior leaders across SAF, HAF, MAJCOMs, CIO organizations, and Program Executive Offices on aligning technology investments with operational priorities, accelerating digital transformation, and strengthening decision advantage through modern platforms. Her portfolio spans the Department of the Air Force, Department of the Navy, Department of the Army, DHS, and international defense organizations. She brings deep experience operating in IL4 and IL5 cloud environments and navigating RMF, acquisition, and enterprise governance frameworks.



Working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, Amanda is known for her pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach to modernization. She excels at translating complex mission requirements into scalable technical solutions, aligning stakeholders across command levels, and ensuring platforms not only deploy successfully but continue to evolve alongside mission demands.



Amanda holds an MBA and maintains certifications as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, PMI Project Management Professional, and SAFe Agile practitioner. She currently serves as a Director at Guidehouse, where she supports Air Force and Department of War clients in delivering secure, data-driven, and mission-ready technology solutions.
