Amos Snead is a Washington, D.C. based strategic communications advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders navigate the intersection of policy, media, business, and innovation. He is the Chief Executive Officer of The DUX Group, where he advises Fortune 500 companies, major trade associations, corporate leaders, elected officials, and high-profile organizations on executive positioning, strategic communications, media engagement, and complex public affairs challenges.

Throughout his career, Snead has worked with some of the most visible institutions in the country, including the NFL and the NBA, as well as leaders operating in highly regulated and fast evolving sectors. His work often centers on translating technical, legal, and policy complexity into clear, credible narratives that resonate with decision makers, stakeholders, and the public.

Before founding The DUX Group, Snead served on Capitol Hill as spokesman to House Majority Whip Roy Blunt and worked for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, where he helped shape and communicate major initiatives across technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and energy policy.
Snead is co-author of Climbing the Hill: How to Build a Career in Politics and Make a Difference and serves on the executive committee of the National Press Foundation.
