Amy Ritualo serves as Acting Chief Data and AI Officer and Managing Director of the Center for Analytics at the U.S. Department of State. With over 21 years of federal service, she is a senior executive specializing in data analytics, artificial

intelligence, strategic planning, evaluation, and policy analysis. She leads cross- functional teams and drives organizational transformation through innovative technology solutions, with expertise in advancing data-driven decision making and implementing generative AI technologies. Previously, Amy served as Deputy Chief of the Office of Performance and Quality at the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) where she managed several enterprise-wide portfolios, including forecasting and modeling to inform agency resource allocations and statistical reporting on immigration benefits. Amy also managed and set standards for research and evaluation of multimillion dollar school feeding, agricultural development, and trade programs in the Foreign Agricultural Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
