As CHCO, Arron leads Human Resource activities for 8,500 employees and oversees programs focused on talent acquisition, development and sustainment, labor and employee relations, performance management, compensation, strategic workforce and succession planning, executive resources, and data analytics. Prior to his return to GSA, Arron worked with the EPA. Arron’s career in federal service began in 1997 as a national management intern in our New York office. Arron holds a bachelor’s degree from Wagner College and a master’s degree in public administration from New York University, Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
