Audrey leads account teams, strategy, and execution for AWS's largest and most complex Federal Healthcare customers, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and Military Health System. With over 25 years of experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government from the private sector technology industry, she brings deep expertise in aligning business strategies with customer-centric solutions for Federal Civilian and Healthcare organizations. Prior to joining AWS, Audrey held key positions at industry leaders including Gartner and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she focused on improving healthcare access and enhancing member experience. Her extensive background in federal government technology solutions, combined with her healthcare IT expertise, has established her as a trusted advisor in the federal healthcare space. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Forestry and Wildlife, Audrey brings a unique perspective to her role, influenced by her personal connection to military service through her father, a retired Navy veteran. Her understanding of military families' needs, coupled with her professional expertise, enables her to effectively bridge the gap between technological innovation and practical healthcare solutions. Audrey resides with her husband Matt and their four children and two miniature schnauzers, maintaining a strong commitment to improving healthcare access for veterans and their families.
