Brian Finn leads sales for Tyler Technologies’ Federal Division, where he is responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and helping federal agencies modernize how they deliver services and execute their missions. He works closely with government leaders and partners to bring forward secure, scalable solutions across case management, workflow automation, data, and AI.



Brian brings more than 15 years of experience in the public sector technology market and has spent much of his career helping agencies navigate modernization in complex, highly regulated environments. He is passionate about connecting technology to real mission needs, helping organizations move away from manual processes and disconnected systems toward solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes.



Known for his relationship-driven approach, Brian focuses on understanding each customer’s unique mission and challenges and aligning the right strategy, technology, and team to support long-term success. He believes the most effective transformation efforts come from a combination of innovation, trust, and practical execution.



Over the course of his career, Brian has built a reputation for strong leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to customer success. He enjoys working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and mission impact, and values the opportunity to support agencies as they evolve to meet changing demands. Based in the Richmond, Virginia area, Brian is a husband and father of two who brings the same energy, authenticity, and dedication to his personal life as he does to his work.
