Caitlin Marsh, Vice President of Kepler U.S., leads the company’s U.S. growth and operations. She works with government and commercial customers to advance resilient space communications and support the integration of commercial capabilities into next-generation space infrastructure.

Caitlin brings extensive experience across aerospace, defense, intelligence, commercial technology, and autonomous systems, with a background in corporate strategy and cross-functional operations spanning product strategy, business development, program management, and customer success. Prior to joining Kepler, she held leadership roles at Auterion, SpiderOak, Ball Aerospace, and In-Q-Tel, supporting advanced technology development and adoption across government and commercial markets.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
