CeCe DeCamp is a Vice President and Senior Partner with IBM’s Global Business Services where she is responsible for services delivered to the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, Foreign Affairs, and Intelligence Agencies. She holds P&L responsibility for over $300M annual revenue delivering IT and professional services to these respective agencies. She is also responsible for managing all IBM services for these accounts as well as the development, capture, and execution of new business opportunities.
CeCe is a passionate and proven leader with more than 30 years of experience in business development and strategy development for the public sector, focused on developing unique and customized solutions for mission challenges within the National Security field. Her teams provide mission critical IT support and consulting services in the areas of hybridmulti-cloud management, application development, sustainment, cybersecurity, mobility, analytics, cognitive and infrastructure.
Continuously motivated and driven by client success, CeCe is an expert in complex, strategic partnerships for services, software, and hardware and leverages this unique skill to enhance the mission effectiveness of federal agencies. Prior to her current role, CeCe served as a Merger and Acquisition Sales and Integration Executive with major integration responsibility for IBM’s $2 Billion acquisition of Truven Health Data Analytics for its Watson Health unit. At a time of dynamic and fast-paced change, she promoted a performance culture in support of Watson Health, which was paramount for an organization that is saving lives through delivery of its cognitive capabilities.
CeCe is a relationship-oriented, accomplished executive who works tirelessly to help those around her achieve their goals. A skilled leader, coach, and mentor, she is effective in developing, fostering, and sustaining employee, customer, and partner relationships.
