Che de Bruin leads platform strategy and execution for Tyler Technologies, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s platform ecosystem across product management, solution engineering, sales enablement, training, and AI enablement. He partners across teams to connect platform vision with execution, helping ensure the platform supports not only technical scale, but stronger customer outcomes and long-term business growth.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning enterprise technology, delivery, user experience, and go-to-market leadership, Che has spent much of his career helping organizations modernize in complex environments. He is passionate about turning strategy into practical action, reducing unnecessary complexity, and building platform models that are more scalable, governed, and sustainable over time.

Known for his thoughtful and cross-functional approach, Che focuses on aligning the right people, capabilities, and operating model to help teams build, sell, implement, and support solutions more effectively. He believes the best transformation efforts come from a combination of clarity, discipline, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
