Chris Fraser is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in counterintelligence and risk analytics, currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Delivery and Implementations at Exiger Government Solutions. In this role, he leads a team of Exiger professionals focused on ensuring our clients have the technology and data to assess and mitigate risks to their supply chains. Chris' distinguished career includes serving as the Counterintelligence Director of Operations for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, where he was responsible for overseeing the agency’s counterintelligence collection mission. He is also the author of the 2020 Department of Defense Critical Program and Technology List, a key document that directs the Department's protection efforts toward technologies critical to national security. Chris holds a Master of Science degree in Intelligence Analysis from Johns Hopkins University’s Division of Public Safety and Leadership.
