As chief technology officer (CTO) for the Citizen Security and Public Services (CS&PS) Sector, Christine is responsible for operationalizing the sector’s technical expertise to align with customer and market trends. She is an industry leader recognized for her transformational work across information technology (IT), enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity domains.
Prior to joining Peraton, Christine served as chief enterprise architect for the Department of Homeland Security, where she oversaw a $11 billion-dollar IT. portfolio, supporting more than 220,000 users. While serving as the U.S. Naval Observatory’s CTO, she led the development of crucial space- and time-related projects, such as global positioning, navigation, and timing products. In the private sector, Christine held senior contractor roles supporting multiple Department of Defense offices, including the National Leadership Command Capability and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. In her early career, Christine was a data scientist at the National Security Agency, where she led Computer Network Exploitation and Computer Network Operations division initiatives.
Christine is a CompTIA certified subject matter expert in data science. She has earned industry recognition for her thought leadership and dynamic public speaking. Christine has a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and a Bachelor of Science in materials science and engineering from Drexel University.
