orey A. Price is President of Buckeye Solutions, LLC, an advisory firm focused on national security, immigration systems, compliance, and cross-border operations. He previously served as Director of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), concluding 31 years of government service, including 27 years in federal law enforcement.
As ERO Director, Price led the agency’s domestic and international immigration enforcement mission, overseeing nearly $5 billion in funding and more than 8,600 personnel across 25 field offices, 200 domestic locations, and 25 overseas posts. His work required engagement with the White House, Congress, foreign governments, industry leaders, state and local community leaders, and interagency partners.
Earlier in his career, he held Senior Executive Service leadership roles as Deputy Executive Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Field Office Director. His experience spans complex field operations, diplomatic engagement, technology modernization, border and humanitarian operations, and federal responses to national emergencies.
Price received the Presidential Rank Award and the Department of Homeland Security’s Distinguished Service Medal. Through Buckeye Solutions, he advises domestic and international partners on strategies that connect policy objectives with operational realities.
