Brig Gen (Ret.) David Doss is Principal Advisor for Joint Force Partnerships at Kpler Defense, where he helps align commercially derived intelligence with the mission needs of the Defense, Intelligence, and National Security communities. He works with government and industry partners to strengthen maritime domain awareness, logistics and supply chain resilience, and decision advantage through commercial data and advanced analytics that enable faster, more informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Kpler Defense, David served for 31 years in the U.S. Air Force, leading organizations responsible for strategic planning, global operations, and enterprise modernization. Throughout his career, he collaborated extensively with the military services, combatant commands, and interagency partners to address complex security challenges.

He brings extensive experience translating operational challenges into practical, mission-focused solutions that align government requirements with innovative commercial capabilities to accelerate decision advantage.
