Emmanuel Belostrino is Head of Global Crude Oil and Geopolitical Market Data at Kpler, based in Houston, Texas. He leads a global team delivering data and analysis on crude oil flows, inventories, and refining across the barrel, including key refined products such as diesel and jet fuel, supporting decision-making across commercial and government stakeholders. Since joining Kpler in 2018, he has led the development and scaling of data-driven products. Prior to Kpler, he worked at S&P Global Commodity Insights covering pricing and analysis of the Americas oil markets. During his graduate studies, he conducted upstream crude oil production research with ExxonMobil and served as Associate to the Editor-in-Chief of Elsevier’s Energy Strategy Reviews. Earlier experience includes research at the University of Texas at Austin’s Bureau of Economic Geology and an internship at Procter & Gamble. He holds degrees in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering.
