Gloria Glaubman is a transformational technology executive with extensive expertise in cybersecurity, digital innovation, and operational excellence. Throughout her distinguished career spanning the intelligence, diplomatic, and telecommunications sectors, she has consistently bridged the gap between emerging technologies and business strategies, delivering scalable solutions that enhance resilience and drive growth. As the Founder of GMG Consulting, Gloria now advises governments and private industry on cybersecurity strategy, executive education, and the adoption of emerging technologies, helping leaders navigate complex digital risks with clarity and confidence.
Most recently, serving as Senior Cyber Advisor at the US Embassy in Tokyo, Gloria provided strategic guidance to the Government of Japan on enhancing cybersecurity frameworks, including the implementation of zero-trust architecture and incident response protocols. Her ability to bridge cultural and operational divides strengthened international cyber defense efforts and fostered seamless collaboration between Japanese and US stakeholders.
Previously, as Director of Research, Engagement, and Data Exploitation at the Central Intelligence Agency, Gloria led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that addressed critical national intelligence priorities. Her leadership in developing a hybrid cloud platform enabled near real-time processing of petabytes of diverse data, significantly improving analysis efficiency and enhancing mission-critical intelligence operations. In her concurrent role as Directorate Information Security Officer, she strengthened threat detection capabilities and overall cyber resilience for multiple mission-critical systems.
Gloria's career includes various leadership positions at the CIA and State Department, where she gained recognition as a technical executive change agent who revitalizes distressed programs.
Gloria holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Strayer University. She is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Cyber Policy and Management at George Washington University and maintains an active PMP certification. A U.S. Navy veteran, she is also a recipient of the 2022 Presidential Rank Award and the Career Intelligence Medal.
