Ilya began his career in corporate finance at Goldman Sachs before moving into business development roles at two venture-backed technology companies, Spot Runner and Crunchyroll. He then served as a Vice President at Venrock, a leading venture capital firm, before founding Craft in 2015. Today, Craft serves more than 40 federal agencies as their preferred provider of supplier intelligence. Ilya holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA from Columbia University, and also studied Cello at the Juilliard School.
