Jarrod "Jay" Gack serves as Senior Program Manager and Technical Operations Lead at SAIC, where he leads OSINT and publicly available information (PAI) exploitation capability development across multiple agencies, with a focus on enhanced automation and AI integration.

Gack brings 28 years of intelligence experience to the mission. He spent over two decades as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, serving as OSINT Operations Lead where he established and certified Army OSINT activities across the globe, and as a Senior Intelligence Advisor to multiple interagency, joint, and combined staffs. His background spans digital ISR, OSINT and PAI collection and exploitation, virtual operations, and identity management across defense and interagency customers.

His work directly supports counterintelligence missions and the protection of sensitive research, development, test, and evaluation programs from adversary exploitation. Gack's experience building and fielding OSINT capabilities gives him practical insight into how open-source intelligence can be operationalized to detect and counter foreign espionage efforts targeting the U.S. innovation enterprise.

Gack holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University.
