Jason Hill

Jason Hill serves as a Senior Executive Director in MANTECH’s Cyber Practice, where he partners with federal government clients, proactively identifying and tackling their most complex challenges. By leveraging his extensive federal agency experience and technical expertise, he develops and delivers innovative solutions that directly address their needs and advance their mission.



Prior to working at MANTECH, Mr. Hill served as the Branch Chief for CISA Cyber Assessments in the Cybersecurity Division (CSD). He enabled strategic cyber decision-making across CSD, partner agencies, and global partners. During his time at DHS/CISA, he significantly advanced the cyber services offered by the division to the Federal Executive Branch, State, Local, and Critical Infrastructure sectors. With the transition from DHS to CISA, he built the CISA Red Team, which conducts red team engagements for CISA stakeholders.



Mr. Hill spent 23 years in the VA National Guard, where he honed his cyber skillsets through multiple mobilizations to NSA conducting and planning Cyber Network Operations (CNO). During his military service, he developed and conducted cyber training for soldiers throughout the country and through partnerships with Five Eyes partners.
