Mr. Jerome Dunn joined Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) in March 2022 as a Vice President and is the Chief Architect for Booz Allen’s Brilliant Swarms Concept and deputy Golden Dome campaign lead. He formerly led the development, execution and growth of BAH’s Command and Control solutions business.

Prior to joining BAH, Mr. Dunn was a Director at Northrop Grumman where he led strategy, technology development and system architecture efforts in Command and Control, IAMD and hypersonic defense. He was a Program Manager at DARPA where he created and led several weapon development efforts including: EXACTO, MAD-FIRES and Glide Breaker programs. He has also served at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), the Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG), and NSWC Carderock. His tours at NAVSEA included: Science & Technology Program Office, Test & Evaluation Manager, and Program Manager for various technology development and insertion programs for surface ships and mine warfare. While an Associate Director at ONRG, Mr. Dunn was stationed in Singapore and worked throughout South East Asia forming joint collaborative research projects between the US and foreign government, industrial and academic partners. At NSWC he was part of the core CVN 78 engineering design team and NAVSEA’s ship design and force concepts group.

Mr. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering both from The Johns Hopkins University. He holds DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) Level III certifications in System Planning, Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation and is Program Management Professional (PMP) certified. Jerome is also a recipient of the Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his work at DARPA.
