Dr. Joe Norton brings over a decade of experience delivering mission-focused technology solutions to government. He has led high-performing teams in developing enterprise platforms powered by AI, advanced analytics, and systems engineering, built to scale and designed for impact.

As Chief Product Officer at LMI, he guides net-new innovation and the ongoing management of the company’s technology platforms, driving their development and delivery to ensure long-term value for customers and the business.

Previously, Dr. Norton led the LMI Forge—a mission-focused technology studio purpose-built to accelerate impact with commercial-grade solutions that bridge the gap between fast-moving innovation and the complex demands of federal environments.
