Joseph “Joe” Adamo is Vice President for State, Law
Enforcement and Justice at SAIC. He leads strategy,
growth and execution for complex federal programs. With
more than 20 years supporting the Department of State
and other civilian agencies, Joe has driven large-scale IT
modernization, cloud migration, systems integration and
enterprise collaboration. He has overseen multimillion-
dollar global portfolios and delivered mission-critical
solutions under tight deadlines and high stakes.
Joe is recognized for translating technical innovation into
mission results and for building strong collaborations
across government, industry and partner communities.
