business growth to shareholders. Skilled in driving “Go-To-Market” strategy to accelerate growth by double
digits in sales and operating income through deep client relationship management, solution development and
streamlining of people, processes, tools and program execution to drive strategic growth. Reputation for
being high energy, dynamic, passionate, collaborative and inclusive – a servant leader who consistently

Kris has over 25 years of powerhouse experience in the technology industry and specifically the federal sector,
with expertise in strategic market growth, operations, program management and solution development. She’s
made her mark in both DHS accounts and Defense as General Manager and Sales leader at companies like
Microsoft, Gartner, CSRA and Northrop Grumman where she built a track record for double digit growth.
Most recently, Kris was the Chief of Staff & Strategy to Microsoft's Chief Operating Officer of Federal, prior to
that, Kris was the Operational Leader for Microsoft's Growth Innovation + Strategy (GIS) Worldwide
Communications (Telco) organization. With GIS, she focused on harnessing exponential cloud acceleration
across the Worldwide Azure for Operators (AFO) & Space customers with Modern Connected Applications and
Al through Near, Far, and Edge Connectivity.

As a proud Army veteran, Kris is known for her collaborative spirit and laser-focused drive to get things DONE
(yes, all caps needed!). Kris is all about inspiring teams and delivering results faster than you can say "mission
accomplished." We're lucky to have her energy and strategic smarts fueling our journey forward.
When Kris isn't busy conquering the homeland or defense sector, you'll find her volunteering on a pool deck
for kids’ swim meets, hikes, and long walks or on a beautiful beach somewhere in the world while juggling a
blended family of 5 kids with 2 heading off to college this year. Enjoying quality time with her family is her
utmost priority, someone who knows how to balance work and play like a pro.
