Kristin Heck, JD, MBA, has more than 10 years of experience managing and directing technical teams in the development of digital solutions. Ms. Heck designs and oversees the creation and implementation of technology solutions that align to agency and administration goals. In addition, she often works closely with program leadership to set key solution objectives, manage the development and product roadmap, analyze customer feedback, and prioritize feature development.

For Abt’s Nursing Home Compare project, Ms. Heck managed a technical team that collected first-hand time and motion studies data, developed simulation models, analyzed model results, and reported findings to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for use in determining minimum staffing thresholds at nursing homes. She served as both the technical lead and project manager, interfacing with the CMS client directly. She performed similar roles during her time at IBM prior to joining Abt Global.
