Lauren Penneys is Senior Vice President of New Programs, Federal at Palantir Technologies where she is responsible for Palantir’s Federal business growth. She also provides executive support to Palantir’s work with U.S. government customers and strategic commercial partnerships. Lauren has been lucky enough to work at Palantir twice in her career, first supporting Palantir’s work across the Federal Civilian, Homeland Security, and Intelligence Community portfolios.

Prior to returning to Palantir to lead the U.S. government growth portfolio, Lauren was head of commercial for a geospatial analytics business supporting Defense, Intelligence Community, and commercial missions. She also previously led the business side of a health care non-profit in East Africa.

Lauren received her B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. With her passion for entrepreneurship, Lauren also advises government technology startups.
