Martin Holmes

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

Mr. Holmes has served as a professional staff member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence since February 2023. In that capacity, he focuses on oversight of the National Security Agency, including a wide range of topics including signals intelligence, cybersecurity, research, microelectronics, and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining HPSCI, Martin was the Chief of Space Domain Strategy for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Before that, he served as a space policy analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Earlier in his career, Mr. Holmes managed the assembly, integration, and test of satellite systems for the US Air Force.


Martin studied aerospace engineering at MIT. He spends his free time sailing, snowboarding, and traveling.
