Matt Brumley is the chief of staff for the Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems and oversees the customer care & relationship management team that facilitates collaboration between JOMIS, the services, and other key stakeholders.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Brumley is a technical subject matter expert with more than 25 years of information technology experience, including more than 16 years working for JOMIS and the Defense Health Agency. He served JOMIS as the principal solutions architect and SME, providing expertise for and building relationships with Department of Defense Combatant Commands on deploying Theater Medical Information Program-Joint systems, Medical Situational Awareness and Medical Command and Control. He has also worked directly with the JOMIS chief engineer and the JOMIS chief health infomation officer to provide direction and guidance on the future of operational systems, including overall technical architecture/data flow and integration planning of MHS GENESIS-Theater into the Theater Medical Data Store and Medical Situational Awareness in theater applications.

EDUCATION
Mr. Brumley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University in Denver.
