Michael Sherman leads the Operational Resilience team at Maxar, maturing processes and tools to ensure the company can fulfill the crucial customer missions in times of adversity. Michael has a background in software development, cybersecurity, and risk assessment modeling through the design, build, and deployment of large model-based systems. Bringing his expertise in software, infrastructure, and risk, he is leading the team to implement programs and promote a culture of resiliency. Michael has degrees in Computer Science and Physics from Carnegie Mellon University. He lives in Northern Virginia.
