With 20+ years leading digital and technology transformation across the U.S. public sector, he has built and scaled multi-billion-dollar portfolios — most recently at Accenture Federal Services, where he led strategy, P&L and delivery for a $1.6B Data & AI business and a $2.8B Cloud practice spanning civilian, defense and federal healthcare agencies.

An entrepreneur at heart, he has co-founded and advised startups in enterprise software and AI, blending product thinking with engineering rigor.
