Paul Bence is the Product Lead for Defense at Kpler where he supports U.S. government partners by applying commercial maritime and trade data to operational and analytical use cases. Paul works closely with analysts, product, and engineering teams to ensure Kpler’s data and tools align with real-world mission requirements, with an emphasis on practical workflows, repeatable analysis, and decision support. Prior to his time at Kpler, Paul spent nearly 5 years at Chainalysis Government Solutions where he managed a national security portfolio focused on counter threat finance initiatives relevant to the adversarial use of cryptocurrency.
