As Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, Paul is responsible for leading the Growth Center of Excellence providing innovative digital transformation solutions by executing, forecasting and achieving OMNI growth strategy and objectives. Paul is also responsible for growing and mentoring business development, capture and proposal teams, forming business alliances, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and pursuing corporate development opportunities related to Acquisitions.

With more than 30 years of Federal, Commercial and International experience delivering technology enable services, Paul has an extensive track record of positioning global companies in highly competitive markets, building go-to-market capabilities, mission focused operations delivery, channel and partner management, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of work Paul spends time with his wife and 4 kids attending activities (baseball, football, soccer, gymnastics, dance, music and genealogy) residing in Northern VA. Paul and his family also enjoy traveling, the arts and cheering on local Washington DC area sports teams.

Paul is active in several charities, to include Hopelink Behavioral Health Board of Directors whose mission is to provide behavioral health, crisis and suicide intervention services. He also supports Seal Legacy Foundation dedicated to providing support to families of wounded and fallen United States Navy SEALs, educational assistance for SEALs and their families, and other charitable causes benefiting the SEAL community.
