Paul Puckett is the Chief Technology Officer of Clarity Innovations, a defense technology company delivering mission-critical digital warfare and national security capabilities for the DoD and Intelligence Community. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning senior executive roles in both government and industry, Paul has driven transformational outcomes including the federal government’s first Continuous ATO and Army-wide cloud modernization as a Senate-confirmed member of the Senior Executive Service. Prior to Clarity, he held technical leadership roles at the Army CIO/G-6, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and several defense-focused commercial firms. Paul holds a B.S. in Computer Management Information Systems from Liberty University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
