Paul Puckett is the Chief Technology Officer of Clarity Innovations, leading technical strategy across secure AI, complex systems modernization, and cyber intelligence for DoD and Intelligence Community customers. Prior to Clarity, he served as an SES directing the Army’s Enterprise Cloud Management Agency, driving Army-wide cloud modernization, and as Director of Core IT at NGA, where he enabled the federal government’s first Continuous ATO, with additional roles spanning multiple federal agencies, commercial industry, and technology advisory work. He holds a B.S. in Computer Management Information Systems from Liberty University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
