Dr. Quentin “Q” Noreiga

Dr. Noreiga has over 25 years of military experience as an U.S. Army systems engineer, strategist, logistician, and educator specializing in optimization, game theory and complex problem solving. He has experience in a variety of military roles combined with his diverse educational background in strategic studies, engineering, and business.

During his 25 years of service, Dr. Noreiga served at both an operations research systems analyst and logistician. He most notable assignment was as the Director of the Army Logistics Data Analysis Center in Redstone Arsenal, Al.

Dr. Noreiga earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering & Operations Research from Vanderbilt University, and Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Air Force War College.
