Ms. King is an outcome-oriented senior executive with over two decades of federal civilian leadership experience focused in national security sectors. A recognized expert in data governance, policy compliance, and organizational transformation, she serves as the Senior Director of Data and AI Adoption Services within MANTECH’s Data & AI Practice. In this role, she oversees strategic growth, capability standards, and talent execution across three core pillars: Client Engagement Management, Data & AI Enablement, and Technical Business Analysis.

Prior to joining MANTECH, Rebecca served as the inaugural Deputy Chief Data Officer for the Intelligence Community. There, she architected multi-agency data-sharing frameworks and established an enterprise data lexicon adopted across all 18 IC elements and the DoD. She has also held high-profile appointments including Data Officer and Performance Improvement Officer within the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, completed a Science & Technology Policy Fellowship with the U.S. Department of Commerce, and earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Brookings Institution. Grounded in a servant-leadership philosophy she specializes in building cross-functional alignment, driving client ROI, and translating complex corporate goals into frontline technology adoption.
