Rich is the Chief Customer Officer for SAP NS2 responsible for customer success across the SAP NS2 Secure Cloud portfolio. Rich has been with SAP for 19 years, 10 years with SAP supporting Supply Chain transformation globally with SCM/APO and the last 9 years in SAP NS2 supporting our US Regulated Customers in various leadership positions including as the Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Premium Engagements.
