Rich Zaremba is a 20-year technology leader who currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at SAP NS2, where he leads the organization's customer success initiatives at the critical intersection of cloud innovation and security. In this role, Rich is responsible for ensuring mission-critical outcomes for NS2's customers across the national security community and critical infrastructure sectors.

Since 2014, Rich has focused exclusively on U.S. regulated industries that leverage SAP as mission-critical systems, bringing deep expertise in navigating the complex requirements of government agencies, aerospace and defense contractors, and critical infrastructure organizations. His leadership has been instrumental in driving customer success across NS2's secure cloud environments, including FedRAMP-authorized solutions and ITAR-compliant platforms that serve the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community agencies, and commercial customers in highly regulated sectors.

As Chief Customer Officer, Rich oversees the strategic alignment of NS2's sales and customer success operations, ensuring that customers receive not only world-class SAP solutions but also the specialized security, compliance, and support required for their unique missions. His focus on customer outcomes has helped position NS2 as the trusted partner for organizations requiring secure, U.S.-based SAP cloud solutions with the highest levels of protection and compliance.

Rich began his career focused on proprietary object-oriented databases designed to support supply chain planning and execution, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology that has informed his approach to customer success throughout his career.
Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Villanova University. An avid physical fitness enthusiast, Rich balances his demanding professional responsibilities with his commitment to health and wellness, spending time on the road serving NS2's customers and with his family between Philadelphia and Ocean City, New Jersey.
