Richard Okrasinski

Richard Okrasinski is the Director of C4I at COMSUBLANT, bringing over 30 years of experience in submarine communications, cybersecurity, and IT leadership. A retired Navy Master Chief and veteran of three fast-attack submarines, he now leads Submarine communications and cyber security strategy and implementation for the Atlantic submarine fleet and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3). He holds a Master’s in Information Systems, and is CISSP, PMP, and CEH certified. Richard is passionate about enhancing fleet readiness through secure, efficient technology.
