Robert Longo is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth for the Enterprise Systems and Solutions business unit at SMX, where he drives growth strategy, platform development, and market-facing modernization initiatives across federal, state, and local government programs. With more than twenty years of experience leading business development and enterprise transformation across ERP, payroll, cloud, and large-scale digital modernization, Robert brings deep expertise in AI strategy, product innovation, and competitive positioning. Robert has advised on and supported more than $11B in government modernization programs and enterprise platforms.

At SOSi, he led enterprise go-to-market product strategy and innovation across a $4B+ pipeline, including Federal Payroll-as-a-Service, Oracle and Azure cloud migration, multi-cloud architecture, and enterprise AI solutions. He architected SOSi's generative AI and agentic automation strategy and played a central role in establishing product, cloud, and AI capabilities, positioning the company for federal-wide transformation opportunities.

Previously, as Senior Director of Strategic Growth and Solutions at GDIT, Robert shaped and supported winning solution and capture strategies for nationally significant programs, influencing more than $6B in contract awards across Homeland Security, National Security, and Civilian agencies. Earlier, at CGI (formerly AMS), he delivered more than $300M in corporate value by leading multi-state tax and revenue modernization programs and building enterprise product platforms deployed across state, federal, and international clients.

Robert holds an MBA with distinction in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agilist, and ITIL professional
