Rob leads Oddball, a strangely human force of engineers, program managers, and commercial tech professionals driving innovation in government digital services.
Rob has spent his entire career in professional technology services, working with Federal customers across health, civilian, defense, and national security agencies. After retiring as an Executive Vice President from Booz Allen Hamilton in 2025, he joined Oddball as CEO. Oddball specializes in digital services, human-centered design, and devsecops--putting Americans at the center of technology--and serves a portfolio of defense, health, and civil agency clients. Rob has earned numerous industry awards including Wash 100 and Top 25 M&A Consultants and Leaders.
Rob earned a master's degree in systems analysis for public decision making and bachelor's degrees in mathematical sciences and economics, all from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering since the Fall of 2024.
