Ruksana Lodi serves as the Defense Logistics Agency’s Artificial Intelligence Officer and leads the AI and Analytics Center of Excellence. She serves in this mission-critical role ensuring DLA’s AI and Analytics investments enhance warfighter readiness, supply chain resilience, and decision advantage while safeguarding trust, accountability, and compliance in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.



Ms. Lodi is responsible for strategic leadership, governance, and operationalization of AI and Analytics across DLA. In this role, she ensures AI and Analytics initiatives deliver on mission-critical outcomes for DLA governing risk, accelerating adoption, developing people, translating advanced AI into warfighter value, and delivering measurable results through trusted partnerships.



Ms. Lodi’s professional experience includes planning, leading, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, auditing, policy analysis, program evaluation, and agile product management. She earned her Master of Science in Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
