Col Ryan Frazier is the Acting Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Space-Based Sensing and Targeting, Chantilly, Va. In this position, he is responsible for delivering a nearly $40B portfolio of Airborne and Ground Moving Target Indicator, Space Data Network, Environmental Monitoring and Tactical Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Tracking programs. Previously, Colonel Frazier served as the Director, Capability Delivery for the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration. He also served as the Deputy Director of the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Ground Enterprise Directorate where he led development, delivery, and sustainment of the NRO’s mission control, mission processing, and advanced integrated intelligence capabilities in support of the Department of War and Intelligence Community. Colonel Frazier was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Cornell University in 1998. He has held a variety of acquisition, space and international affairs assignments across the Department of the Air Force, Joint Staff, and within the Intelligence Community. He is a distinguished graduate of both the U.S. Army War College’s Advanced Strategic Arts Program and of the Naval Postgraduate School. Colonel Frazier originally hails from Cape Cod, Mass. and is married to Sabrina Rametta of Newton, Mass. They have two amazing children, Isabella and Dante.
