Sam Hussain is a seasoned technology executive with deep expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, global security policy, and corporate strategy within the national defense industrial base. A committed and patriotic servant leader, he has spent his career advancing national security through innovation, collaboration, and mission alignment. Currently serving as Head of the Defense sector at Capgemini USA, Sam leads programs supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and key commercial clients supporting classified clients. He champions cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational superiority and drive digital transformation across the national security ecosystem. Sam’s diverse experience spans the Pentagon, Intelligence Community, and the private sector. He has cultivated growth-focused cultures, built enduring industry-government partnerships, and supported sensitive classified missions with impact. Prior to Capgemini, Sam held leadership roles at Peraton, Goldman Sachs International, CACI International, and ManTech International, where he advised senior defense and intelligence leaders. He has successfully developed and executed strategies to expand market presence, win high-value procurements, manage strategic accounts, and accelerate technological innovation. Sam studied at Yale University, the University of Cambridge, American University, and George Washington University, and earned his MBA from Georgetown University.
