Mr. Seth Whitworth is the Acting Associate Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Cyber and Data (SF/S6), Headquarters United States Space Force (HQSF), the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. In this role, he is charged with leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive digital transformation across the USSF, overseeing the fulfillment of information technology requirements, managing USSF data assets, providing analytical support to all staff elements, and streamlining Cyber Operations, Cybersecurity, Communications, Information Technology (3CIT), and data management functions within the organization. Mr. Whitworth entered the federal civilian service in October of 2022. Prior to this assignment, he was the Deputy Director of Information Technology, Data, and Innovation focused on enabling leaders to make rapid and risk-informed data-driven decisions. Furthermore, Mr. Whitworth serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force Reserves as an Officer Training School Instructor, helping to shape Warrior-Minded Leaders of Character for the Air and Space Forces. His military assignments include Orbital Warfare Officer assigned to the 310th Space Wing, Colorado Springs, CO operating the nation’s premier on-orbit Space Domain Awareness constellations. Before entering federal service, Mr. Whitworth led an IT Management and Consulting company focused on assisting Education and State and Local Governments with digital transformation and process improvements. In a time of diminishing budgets, Mr. Whitworth transformed previously struggling organizations into highly functional Information Technology leaders within the industry.
