Stephanie Mango serves as President of CGI Federal, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI Inc., delivering
mission-critical technology and business solutions to civilian, defense and intelligence agencies across the federal
government. With more than 30 years of experience in government contracting, Mango has built a career defined
by innovation, leadership and a deep commitment to improving government operations and mission delivery
through technology.

Leadership and Impact
Since assuming the role of president in 2021, Mango has guided CGI Federal through targeted expansion and
transformative initiatives. Under her leadership, the company has strengthened its position as a trusted partner to
federal agencies by accelerating modernization and innovation-driven solutions. Recent highlights include:

• FAA NOTAM Modernization – CGI Federal was selected to modernize the Federal Aviation
Administration’s Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) system, introducing near-real-time data exchange, scalable
cloud infrastructure and enhanced stakeholder collaboration.

• AI-Powered Fraud, Waste & Abuse Prevention Platform – CGI Federal launched an advanced analytics
solution leveraging AI and real-time monitoring to strengthen fiscal integrity and mission effectiveness.

• Momentum® 8.2 Release – The latest version of CGI Federal’s flagship enterprise resource planning
(ERP) platform introduced AI-driven automation, FedRAMP authorization and compliance with mandates
like G-Invoicing and the DATA Act.

• FM QSMO Recognition – Momentum® became the first commercial core financial system approved by
the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Management Quality Service Management Office (FM QSMO)
and listed in the Marketplace under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule.

• Acquisition of Aeyon – CGI Federal expanded its capabilities in AI and data analytics, digital
transformation and mission support for defense and civilian agencies.

Mango earned her fifth Wash100 Award in 2026. She is active in the government contracting industry and the
Washington D.C. community, contributing to organizations such as ACT-IAC (Executive Chair), Professional
Services Council (Secretary), TiE DC and Shared Services Leadership Council. Mango’s advocacy for women in

leadership and passion for creating a positive workplace experience contributed to CGI’s recognition as a Forbes
