With 20 years of expertise across Federal Government markets—including Intelligence, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian Agencies—Tang brings extensive experience in federal acquisition regulations, government procurement cycles, and outcome-driven solution development.

In his role, Tang focuses on accelerating growth and innovation by managing enterprise products and platform-managed services tailored to meet the complex needs of federal defense clients. He is highly regarded for his proven track record in sales, delivery, and digital transformation, driving impactful technology solutions that enhance mission capabilities.

Tang brings 20 years of expertise in the information technology market to AT&T. With extensive experience across various Federal Government sectors, including Intel, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian Agencies. Tang has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the Federal market. As the General Manager in the National Security Group for Microsoft, Tang was responsible for leading sales and delivery to the Intel,
Defense, and Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Tang successfully transformed their legacy business and secured several significant make-the-market wins for the company. Previously, Tang was the VP of Technology Commercialization at ManTech, where he led the company's transformation of being a services provider to an innovative, outcome driven solutions company focused on top and bottom-line growth. Tang is highly valued for managing enterprise products and platform-managed services for the Federal Government, with a proven track record in sales and delivery around technology and digital transformation.

Tang's entrepreneurial mindset is focused on accelerated growth and financial performance. He possesses high proficiency in strategic planning design and implementation, excelling in delivering large-scale and high-impact programs. Tang has demonstrated success in sales life cycles, critical business closings, and go-to-market strategies and is experienced in managing technical and development teams designing solutions.
